Thank you to the 16,000-plus Fresno County Voters who cast their votes for me in the June 3, 2008 primary election.  I am grateful and humbled to have received such support from the Community. 

Although this was not enough votes for my name to appear on the ballot for the November 2008 run-off election, my appreciation to the people of Fresno County runs no less deep.

I look forward to being a candidate in a future Fresno County judicial election.  I continue to look forward to having the opportunity to serve the people of Fresno County as a fair, dedicated and hard working superior court judge.

          It is our collective ability to work together and to contribute to our community that makes Fresno County strong, productive, and a great place to live.
